Greetings.
I use a remote listserver to distribute a list of new software that I
periodically add to an anonymous ftp site. Anyone can add themselves
automatically to the listserv and receive the update.
I regularly get several messages from the listserv everytime I submit an
update regardingmail that could not be delivered due either to invalid
addresses, or mailservers that are not responding.
How do other people who manage listservs handle this? I have been
deleting those usernames from the listserv mailing list which generate
this message, but lately I am thinking that I may be too hasty and should
wait until an address generates a couple of non-delivered messages.
Any thoughts?
Thanks.
