We recently had a case where the poster's mail program sent two copies
(within 3 seconds) to listserv. Luckily listserv caught it, and refused to
post it the second time.  My recollection is fuzzy now, but I think the
poster had responded with "r" or "R" to her mailer and somehow it sent it
twice. Wonder if this might be what happened with Penny's problem.
