Anita,
I had a similar experience except that I was stalked by a
group who did about the same thing on the net or were incited
to do something similar:libelous and slanderous statements
etc. The only thing is I never retaliated nor even knew very
much how to reply because they working from false information
which was not available to me. I will be interested to find
out how your lawyers approach it. If you want to reply
privately please feel free. What I was preparing was quite
different and somewhat complicated as there wer the
traditional things inolved real money, violence, obstruction
of justice, acts of international terrorism, attempts opn my
life those of others around me, heads of state involved in
projects Iwas working on and violation of international
banking law. That is why while my particular case was
tangentally related to what seems to be happening to you and
others, it was not a good example because there was a lot of
international politics involved which was making the case much
more complicated. I would like to see what a simple case
without the violence and overkill of the kind of violence that
brought death threats against Perot and his family from Cuban
death squads. One interesting thing would be to discover how
these lesser militant groups are all coordinated. I will be
able to do that and yet might end up finding your net.kook's
name on that list and that what he was doing wsa not just a
prank but a deliberately destructive act of terror. I beleive
that I know how net subscriptions scam worked: it produced
paranoia in our growing awareness of net functions so that we
would come to mistruct the "from" lines and stop investigating
the peculiar incidents on the net. -- Paul.
