Yes, you can use your own FAC.  Rather than using OWN we use AUT
(for AUTHORIZED). You have to define your FAC at the beginning of
your filelist if it isn't standard, though.  For example, for me, at
this address, I have it:
*+ AUT= [log in to unmask] Douglas Winship, co-listowner
 
Douglas
       Douglas Winship   Hays County, Texas  [log in to unmask]
                    Secondary AUTOCAT Listowner
                              MEDLAB-L
