That's because the e-mail to OWNER-listname is NOT RFC (and
NOT LISTSERV) compliant. Thus, LISTSERV does NOT monitor
according to the * AUTO-DELETE keyword but simply passes them
onto the (indirect) operand of the * ERRORS-TO: field which in
your case is the first listed non-quiet owner.
