The list definition keyword * FILTER= is NOT for reserved words
appearing in the text of list postings, but for userids@nodes
that should never be allowed to subscribe and/or post to your
list.
 
Whatever reserved word processing there is in LISTSERV, it is NOT
at the list level.  It also does not catch misspellings of
reserved words, nor does it handle language translations based
upon the presumed country of origin of the mail.
