Try QUERY MYLIST-L NOMAIL if it comes with the difference. Also notice
that LISTSERV says I sent to message to X Many recipients on the list.
That is acknoledeged receipts.
 
If you have transient problem with a few users, I wonder if they would
be counted ? Anyone from L-Soft care to comment on the ACK message
counter ?
