No.  You have to edit the mail template file.  Actually that's not as
hard as it sounds.  Read section 9 of the list Owners manual carefully.  
 
You GET the default.mailtpl file which is all templates, but when you PUT
your changes as <listname>.mailtpl  you only have to include the sections
you want to change for your list, all others sections do not have to be
included.
