I'm trying to think of ways to stop the bounce mail from stupid mail systems
 to the list I run. I think this will do it but I'm not sure and wanted to run
 it past you.
 
 If I change the SEND=PUBLIC to SEND=PRIVATE that should stop listserv from
 distributing mail from persons not subscribed to the list, right? Since
 mailers don't normally subscribe to lists they wouldn't be able to bounce
 crap back to the whole list.
 
 Will this work? Is it that simple? Are there any complications for legitimate
 subscribers that you forsee?
