Why not let JUNO subscribers choose to receive the list as individual
messages or no subscribe?
I can't think of an automatic way to select out JUNO subscribers and still
have Subscription= open, confirm. The only way I can think would be to
have Subscription= By_owner, and for you to advise JUNO subscribers when
they attempt to join that they won't get mail. This would allow you to
have your other poster's have Juno addresses.
Filter= also, *@Juno.com will absolutely stop anything from them, as you
have observed. If you want to allow some stuff throughm you'll ahave to
'filter' it manually.
