No it won't, as they don't match the pattern.

Yes, that's correct. However, the first word in the pattern line must be
ALSO or you will disable LISTSERV's existing 'built-in' anti-loop and
anti-spam filters.
Thus: Filter= also, *@*.bad_domain.name, *@*.other_domain.edu, etc.
