I'm a bit confused with what I'm seeing with the digest.  There are
     some subscribers who get the digest in multiple parts, while there are
     some others who get the same digest in one large part.  "DIGEST=" is
     not set in the list header so everything is default.

     Is there a rhyme or reason?  or better yet some setting I'm missing?
