All mail sent to the  listname-REQUEST@host will always get a repsonse,
which in this case is undesirable.

This address must be reserved for delivery of error messages only.

try  .CC userID@address  using your real email address

Also, you should have  Notify=Yes in your list header, you will
automatically get a notification when someone signs off.
