Actually it is not necessisarily the case that this person is
refusing ALL posts from your list. It could be that they are
only refusing messages from a particular subscriber (who's domain
address is in AOL's spam list) on your list. I have one AOL
subscriber on one of my lists who has this in place and it only
reacts to certain addresses in the From header (not the Sender
header which contains the LIST's address).
Use your own best judgment as to whether the number of bounce
messages of this type justifies deleting this subscriber.
