Arrg. I run a small (thankfully!) private list. Normally I don't have many
problems. However, one subscriber's email system is beginning to annoy me.
This fellow is having problems posting to the list. It seems that almost
every time he tries, he gets the "sorry, you're not subscribed to the list
at this address" message. Y'see, so far his computer has managed to come
up with FOUR different variants on his email address, thus confusing the
listserv software. We have:
[log in to unmask][log in to unmask][log in to unmask][log in to unmask]
Up to this point I have handled the problems by subscribing each of his
address variations separately and then setting all but one of them to
nomail. But I'm getting tired of this. Is there a better way to deal with
such a situation?
I should add that I'm stuck with version 1.8b. Thanks in advance for any
advice!
