I would like to know if it is possible to set individual users to a
higher limit as that specified in the header: daily-threshold.

Suppose I have Daily-Threshold set as: 500,50

How can I set [log in to unmask] to be able to post more than 50
messages?

I really don't want to increase that limit (threshold) to more than 50
just because of this one user...
