Yes. It is in the client software.
I always just inform such people that they have X days to get it fixed and
to talk to their local support people and have them fix it, or teach them
how to fix it. If they don't, I give a second warning reminding them that
I'll kill the sub the next day if they don't fix it.
In 4.1a it is under File|Preferences and then a separate setting for each
type of GW message. Your person wants it under messages, since you won't
be sending him scheduled items, phone messages, etc.
There may also be a setting on the server side of GW, but I don't deal with
the server, just 75 people using the client. Again, it could vary if the
person is on GW5.1, which we don't run yet. But if the problem is on their
end, which it is, it is their responsibility to fix it. Just like keeping
their own mailbox cleaned out.
