Yes. I would recommend removing the "Confirm" if this is a discussion
group. Confirm adds security, in that a non-subscriber could not
spoof a subscriber's address to get stuff posted on the list.
While this is a MUST for newsletters, it is probably too burdensome
for a discussion group.
