i did not know you could combine Private and Editor, is that not a
contradiction.  The Hold is just the way an Editor can respond, with
the Hold can reply with the Ok mechanism.

Now there you go I will have to dig out the manual and see about
that, but in a previous post I mentioned the known documented way of
dealing with the problem which is

Send= Editor
Editor= use@somehost, (listname)
