I think you have the right idea. BTW, useless bounces (whether LISTSERV
eats them or not) are a waste of bandwidth (presumably something in short
supply to/thru developing countries), CPU utilization, and disc space, and
affect *all users* of those facilities, not just your subscribers.
If you have a daily Digest, this might improve the useless-bounce situation
(at least the frequency). A WEB interface might also be of benefit.
