You really need only set the (few?) offending students to REVIEW, not
everyone.

You will receive all list posting msgs for approval by the OK mechanism
(i.e. you may approve or disapprove, but you may not edit the msgs)

Yes you do.

No. Your email pgm may keep a local copy of any msgs you send, but that is
not a LISTSERV function.
