I am not an attorney, so please don't consider this as legal advice, but one
technical thing you might consider would be to create a top banner which
concisely warns that minors and persons living in locales where the content
of the postings is considered illegal should delete the message and
unsubscribe immediately. Now as I said, I am not an attorney, and this might
not protect you, but it seems like it couldn't hurt.
