As you can see, I sent this message months ago (on my birthday, in
fact). I have yet to get any answers - but hope springs eternal! I
would really love to use the Web-interface for posting, but cannot
get it to work. When I get the the 'Compose a new message screen' it
says this:
| Compose a new message
| (HN-TEST)
|---------------------------------------------------------------
|
|
|Unknown command - "X-POST". Try HELP.
and then has the rest of the form. It will not actually send a
message.
I have RH Linux 4.2, Apache 1.2.5, Sendmail 8.8.8
I have checked the FAQs that I can find - there are suggestions for
other platforms, but they don't seem to apply to Linux.
Please help!
What am I doing wrong?

I get these errors in listserv.log:
>>> Error in STDCMD FILE: internal routine *XGTB unknown <<<
>>> Error in STDCMD FILE: internal routine *XPST unknown <<<
>>> Error in STDCMD FILE: internal routine *XPTB unknown <<<
and of course, *XPST is mapped to X-POST - so now I just need to know
what it all means, and maybe even get a clue on how to fix it!
My machine is running Red Hat Linux 4.2
