In my humble and personal opinion these are the only ones that really matter.
Yes, return to the list promotes discussion.  However some lists are used for
other purposes, (e.g. newsletters, or announcements) where it is desirable to
set the Reply-To= differently.  Once the Owner(s) has(have) made a careful
determination for what is best for the given circumstances of that list then
the above is all that matters.
