You've got to figure out if you want to be a discussion list of parents and
caregivers and/or an announcement list giving implied advertizing to named
products, with any potential liability questions as well as using your LISTSERV
host's resources for same.  You might also consider the use of the TOPICS
feature of LISTSERV, which at least gives a method of opt-in (your DISTRIBUTE
method does not contain either an opt-in or -out).

You might just want to create a WEB page with hyperlinks to the named products
w/ disclaimers.
