Ben's advice is certainly true, but there can be a side
impact with l-o-n-g list titles: they sometimes cause the
subscriber's REPLY function to fail since it is unable to
"handle" a RFC822 header line that is continued (which is
the long title result).
 
The length of the header line is a result of its length and
the length of the string &listname@host (plus some constant value).
