I have to remove some lists that are no longer being used, and wanted to
make sure I have come up with the correct procedure. There are three steps
I can think of:

1 - Remove alias in /etc/aliases
2 - Remove files in ~listserv/home
3 - Append archives (/var/spool/lserv/archive) to archive for possible
    future use
