Douglas Winship, the secondary listowner of AUTOCAT, made the changes
to set the entire list REPRO.  In effect, this involved two steps:
1.  Get the header and change the OPTIONS= to REPRO
    This took  care of all FUTURE subscribers to the list; they got
     the REPRO option automatically when they subscribed.
2.  Send Listserv the command:  set autocat repro for *@*
     That changed the option for all existing subscribers
 
    Before doing any of this I suggest you talk to Douglas for
