Based upon previous readings of LSTOWN-L and the docs, this list option
does NOT prevent text attachments from being distributed. I believe the
.VBS is basically a scripting language written in "plain" text, not encoded.
Also, not that it will solve all problems, but you might consider your
SIZELIM= value. The included text was over 300 lines. I have my list
set to 200.
