It is common for the "renewal" procedure to run only once a week, to save
cycles, since  renewal intervals  are on  the order  of weeks  or months,
rather than days. The default WAKEPARM FILE shipped with LISTSERV runs it
every  Monday at  6am,  so  in principle  the  notices  should be  issued
tomorrow.
