Pete,
        Try contacting the server administrator of that
e-mail address, may be he can help you. The other thing is
to prevent it from happening again make sure that your list
is set to: "*review=owner", and you may want it to be set to
a private list, not public, because apparently the lists
that are set to public are searchable for e-mail addresses;
at least this is my understanding.
