The LSVFWR1 command is the author-of-LISTSERV's improved (faster)
version for the 'EXECIO nn DISKW' function in CMS.
So, given that CMS generally uses a return code of '13' for a "disk-full"
condition, and that EXECIO adds '1000' (or '2000') to any CMS-generated
error code (in order to generate a unique return-code), I'd say that
the mini-disk which contains the monthly-archives for the TNC mailing-list
is full! So, by sending E-mail to 'LISTSERV@GITVM1', and putting:
RELEASE
into the "body" of the E-mail, the appropriate authorities at G.I.T. are:
lstsrv-l Dave RE <CC100DR@GITVM1>
"Paul E. Goodwin" <CC100PG@GITVM1>
(no name) <CC100DL@GITVM1>
Dave Buechner <CC100DB@GITVM1>
Ed Fair <CCUSEEF@GITVM1>
in order to remedy the "disk-full" problem.
Note that "list-owners" can't do much to resolve this problem.
