Only a Site Admin can serve off a specific address.  The only way an Owner might
accomplish the same thing is to execute 50 invalid commands, which would take at
least 17 messages.

However, serving off an address only causes the mail sent to be forwarded to the
Postmaster/Site Admin so this is probably not a good idea as it just transfers
the mail bombing to him/her.

Better idea is remove the address as Owner=, Editor=, etc. and Add the address
to Filter=  This routes the mail to a 'black hole' which bothers nobody.
Whether/when you'll be able to restore privileges to that address you'll have to
see.

old header:

Owner= [log in to unmask]
Owner= [log in to unmask]


New Header:

Owner** [log in to unmask]
Owner= [log in to unmask]

Filter= also, [log in to unmask]
