I am trying to find a listserver site in Massachusetts to
discuss a potential new list.   Using the instructions
in the STARTUP file in the LSTOWN-L INDEX, I sent this
message:

Can someone send me a hint as to what I might be doing
wrong?
 
The problem could be that I am not going to one of the sites
mentioned in startup.  I could not translate their bitnet
addresses to internet.
