A list owner pointed out that when an owner uses wa to change a subscription
because the address is invalid and wishes to notify the subscriber that the
problem has been fixed, it would be helpful to have an option whereby
notification is sent only to the new address. Listserv automatically sends
notification both to the old and new addresses, and since the old address is
invalid, it generates an error message back to the owner, which can be
confusing.

We are still running 1.8d and I have not seen 1.8e yet. Perhaps this option is
provided in the new release.
