I give you: Point, set and match on this ...

However when I volunteered for list owning, the previous owner had this
trouble ... It got him very stressed and even, if I underlined the
header switch for him, he panicked and started calling the LISTSERV
maintainer about that, etc ... He changed mailer since he took on the
list. I would assume that his old mailer (ISP UNIX provided) did not
defaulted to line wrap (Nestcape Mail 3.0 does not) the fact that he
already updated the list and could not at this moment added a
tremendous and stressfull "what did I do wrong"...

To solve this I add to contact a former owner from the dawn of time.
He edited the header without trouble to our relief.

So I take this opportunity to say to volunteer owners to think about
educating their successor to avoid such events... And be sure to
have a backup quiet: owner who is able to make the changes if your
PC blows up on you ...

And of course freely distribute the URL http://www.lsoft.com
where they can download the manual ... I do that a lot ...
along with the INFO command.
