Well, okay.  But . . .

. . . the problem is that essentially we've downloaded the problem
to the individual user, and then to the listowner who has to
manually redirect the mail and do repeated 1-2-1 explanations.  The
real problem, 80% of the time, is mail programs that are doing
things the users don't know about.  If the point is to make it easy
for the users, and the consequence is that we have to do continual
online tutorials, it seems to me something's wrong somewhere.  Let's
change the mail software so it stops _doing_ this.  There are fewer
mail programs than there are users, after all.
