I began implementing the use of TOPICS in a list I own ([log in to unmask])
and as a result received many e-mail complaints from subscribers complaining
that they had stopped receiving mail from the list.  I traced it to these
accounts having their setting for TOPICS set to NONE.  When I attempted to
change the settings on all accounts to TOPICS=ALL, I found that using the
wildcard (*) resulted in only the local (UCSB*) accounts had been reset.  How
can I set all accounts (in all domains)?  The message I sent to the listserv
was:
          SET ENDNOTE TOPICS=ALL FOR *
