Yes.  At least, it does all those things on lists hosted by Lsoft now,
which is running the 1.8d beta, I believe.

If you like, you can see some of the lsoft open lists for examples, or
write me privately, and I'll sub you on my list for a bit to see how the
interface works now.  We've been pretty active lately, so threading and
archiving is getting quite a big workout...
