Bon Matin all,

I just receive a "Your removal..." notification ...

Apparerently that user was deleted by the postmaster at his site ...
It's new to me ... I knew the LISTSERV maintainer could access the list
on the site where the list is hosted (Brown U. in my case) ...

Should I conclude that any LISTSERV maintainer on the backcbone can
manually ADD or DELete users on any lists ? Or is is only for the list
that are Subscription=Open ?
