SEND= PRIVATE
DEFAULT-OPTIONS=  NOPOST
REPLY-TO= SENDER,IGNORE

Then issue the one time commands:

QUIET SET listname NOPOST FOR *@*
SET listname POST FOR [log in to unmask]
