Probe style for weekly newsletter?

One of my settings is currently

  Auto-Delete= Yes,Full-Auto,Delay(15),Max(2),Probe(13)

Are these the most appropriate values for "delay" and "probe" for an
announce-only list that sends a newsletter once a week?
