This is a very poor recommendation to be making. Yet I often see it being
made on list owner lists. For one, I would not like the list owner to
change my personal settings without conferring with me first. But more
importantly, in this example you would have wiped out the settings for all
the people that use filters and don't want a SUBJecthdr wasting the space
for a subject in the window, and for those few that use DUALhdr  and really
need it.
