Dear fellows,
 
  I just started a new list (BRAS-CON@FRORS12). I was almost sure
it was a LISTSERV, but it is a LISTEARN!
  Question: What is a LISTEARN?
 
  By the way, which problems can make a list to repeat one mail
twice to all its users? (This is a common question?)
  There is no sign of a loop in the mail, what is very funny...
