This is similar to what I have told new listowners whom I have helped
for years, to get them to work up the courage to make changes to their
list headers and such.  You can't crash the system.  You can maybe
muck up your list subscription (there is a backup, can be fixed, but
don't try to do that with a PUT, that is what ADD DEL etc. are for),
invalid stuff will be ignored or rejected when you make a mistake
(as in you did something wrong when rewriting the header, but it
isn't list threatening so the new header is accepted but the new, invalid
stuff is ignored).  It is next to impossible to break it as a listowner,
try it, do it, it does not bite.
