It means that one of your co-owner's (Goda) Subscription Notification
message "bounced" because either all of the names servers providing
name/IP address translation were unavailable, or the network(s) to
those servers was not available for 5 days.
 
This has nothing to do with the new subscriber's e-mail access.
 
I suggest that you verify (by phone/FAX or carrier pidgeon).
