I have been trying to get my mail program (agent) to burst this digest
but it will not. Is this list, in digest form, set up to where a
program ought to be able to split or burst it into individual
messages. I have my subscription set to mime, my program is set to
burst digests but it does not do it. I do know that my program says to
burst a digest, it has to be sent in multipart/mixed form and as far
as I can tell, it is not in this form.

Can  anyone shed any light on this.
