I recently changed my list header to limit the number of posts per person
per day to 5.  Daily-threshold now reads:

 Daily-Threshold= 100,5

(The limit of 100 was already in place.)

Since the listserve didn't fuss, I assumed that I did this correctly.
However, it is not working.  I checked to be sure we were using 1.8c, and
the headers from the listserv say "L-Soft list server at ASUACAD (1.8c)"

I was wondering if someone could point out my error?  Is it something
simple, like a punctuation error?
