This is a server admin question that should properly be asked on LSTSRV-L.
However, the useful clue would be to consult the log file
x:\LISTSERV\LOG\SMTPS#1-20010809.LOG.  The last 10 lines should be more than
enough to indicate why LISTSERV cannot deliver mail to its outbound Mail
Transfer Agent program.
