You can't use "owner" as an Editor, per chapter 6.4 and the entry for Editor=
in appendix B of the List Owner's Manual.  This may be why you're having a
problem, since the member's posts would be forwarded to what would be a
a non-existent address and simply erroring out.

You need

* Editor= [log in to unmask]
